and Mr. Harden have developed an

Mr. Sinclair has been a
commercial real estate appraiser
since 1986 and holds both the
MAI and CCIM designations.
He has actively developed real
estate for the past 10 years.
Projects include an office
building, production residential
subdivisions and custom home
subdivisions. In 1996, Mr.
Sinclair completed a master
planned project that includes
residential and commercial
properties. Mr. Sinclair's
most recent project include the
14 lot custom home development,
Santa Paula Ranch, and the 11
lot custom home development,
Manning Camp. |

Mr. Harden was Vice President of
Casas Lindas Development, a
subsidiary of the Schomac Group.
At Casas Lindas, Mr. Harden
oversaw the development of 200
entry level homes in two
subdivisions, Casa Nueva and
Casa Primera. His duties
included management of site
personally, on-site supervision,
construction scheduling and
management. Mr. Harden was
involved in the bidding process
as well as working with lenders
on the construction financing
and draw schedule. As an
Arizona Licensed Real Estate
Broker, Mr. Harden developed and
implemented a successful
marketing plan for the sale of
the homes. Mr. Harden is
the qualifying party of the
Homeland Communities General
Residential Contractors License. |

In 2003, Mr. Sinclair and Mr.
Harden founded
Homeland
Communities LLC.
Current projects include a
32,000 square foot self storage
facility, 20,000 square feet of
Office project, three high-end
custom home subdivisions, and a
20 lot single family subdivision
in Tucson totaling 38 homes. |
